Unseen Rajasthan-Wild Life Rajasthan
Today i am sharing some Royal Animals of Rajasthan. These animals play a very Major Role in the Life of Indians.
I agree with Prospero. Those windows in the last picture fascinate me. How thick the walls are!!! It makes me wonder what kind of building the goat is residing against.
Beautiful animal pictures. Are they decorated like this all the time? Or just for special occasions?
very liked this its postagem, taste animal them, think that to live to the contact with them in a farm or small farm it must very be rewarding, I do not know if it would have courage in mounting in an elephant, therefore I have fear of heights…, a great one I hug of its Brazilian friend, I hug beyond of the sea, I hug netuniano
sorry my bad English , I use a translator of the Google
Gorgeous pictures. I'm curious about a couple of things: Aren't elephants too slow for polo? And do you know what kind of horse that is -- I'm guessing some sort of warm blood.
I think it's lovely the way India reveres their animals.
Very fine sequence with the animals. It's amazing to see the elephants ready for polo. Beautiful the decorated and colorful camel and, I agree with Prospero, the last shot is really interesting, with those attractive windows.
I enjoyed your post very much as I was remembering elephant ride, camel ride and horse ride in various places. 1 hour camel ride in desert at the time of sunset at Jaisalmer was amazing. Excellent post with beautiful and gorgeous pictures especially of the elephant and camel.
Beautiful photos you have. Yes those photos were very old. I was probably about 4 and that would make my sister around 8. so they have to be around 76 or 77 years old. Thanks for visiting the blog of an old lady's life.
You always have such interesting things to show us, Bharat! The blue horns of the buffalo remind me of an American tall tale--Paul Bunyan and his blue ox Babe. I'd love to know the stories behind those elaborate decorations.
beutiful pics...your visit in my blog was a big surprise for me...but was nice..thanks a lot...im curious...are you indian? do you speak portuguese? bye!

ReplyDeleteAloha to you-
i prefer also a horse ride than camel or maybe just because i never tried it before.
ReplyDeleteWhat a regal and beautiful horse! And I too love that last shot of the goat; the building it lays against is quite interesting.
ReplyDeleteGreat working livestock pics! They give a real sense of the culture.
ReplyDeleteThe camel has a beautiful head and his decorations look great on him. The horse also is a superb animal that would look good in an art painting.
ReplyDeleteThe Photo of the goat is stunning!!! Great shots...
ReplyDeleteThat goat photo is really striking.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful horse - it has the face of an Arabian, the body of a thoroughbred, and pinto markings. I've never seen anything like it.
