why is the camel so decorated? o_oI never ode on camels or elephants even! Aiyar... I feel outdated...
Nice photos - I'm scared of all of these animals!
Wow, the first pic really looks royal! And It's creative to paint a buffalo's horns that blue... :-)
All the animals and ornamentation are beautiful. I like the last shot best. Those window openings are captivating.
Good Morningmy friendBeatfull horse.kissAndresa
I agree with Prospero. Those windows in the last picture fascinate me. How thick the walls are!!! It makes me wonder what kind of building the goat is residing against.Beautiful animal pictures. Are they decorated like this all the time? Or just for special occasions?
They are all beautiful!
Belas imagens...Muito interessante o seu blog.Beijos e uma ótima quarta pra ti!
Wonderful pictures of animals that I rarely get to see.
They sure have some of them decorated really pretty. The horse and the last animal pictured are beautiful. Helen
I remembered the buffalos of my grandparents, they scared me when i was very young. The last pic is special.

very liked this its postagem, taste animal them, think that to live to the contact with them in a farm or small farm it must very be rewarding, I do not know if it would have courage in mounting in an elephant, therefore I have fear of heights…, a great one I hug of its Brazilian friend, I hug beyond of the sea, I hug netunianosorry my bad English , I use a translator of the Google---------------------------------Meu amigo, lhe agradeço pelas palavras de incentivo, feco feliz quando as pessoas gostam do meu trabalho.

Hi Bharat these are fantasctic!
Photographically speaking, that last picture won hands down. A pearl of a composition.
UR: Those are really neat animal shots, I love the decoration on the top two. That is very fancy ware.
Beautiful, very well covered.Check out King's Balance, Hampi
Beautiful photos of noble animals. The elephant really looks festive -- but my favorite is the horse, of course.
Gorgeous pictures. I'm curious about a couple of things: Aren't elephants too slow for polo? And do you know what kind of horse that is -- I'm guessing some sort of warm blood.I think it's lovely the way India reveres their animals.
Hello---Great pictures of your animals. That camel is really all decorated... WOW--love those colors. Betsy
Very fine sequence with the animals. It's amazing to see the elephants ready for polo. Beautiful the decorated and colorful camel and, I agree with Prospero, the last shot is really interesting, with those attractive windows.

Interesting post. With or without decoration, all of the animals are beautiful. My favorite is the buffalo.
Great sequence of photographs. You photographed the animals so well.
I have never sat on the elephant, horse or camel before! The buffalo is scary especially if they charge at you with their horns! Haha!
Beautiful photos you have. Yes those photos were very old. I was probably about 4 and that would make my sister around 8. so they have to be around 76 or 77 years old. Thanks for visiting the blog of an old lady's life.
Thank you for your kind comments and for giving me a window into your peaceful, beautiful world!blessings, abigail
These photos are great. Thanks for sharing. Peace
Fascinating pics!~Silversorry for visiting you so late. So glad to be here. Great, great blog!
I enjoyed your pictures of the animals. The costumes of the elephant and camel are certainly regal.
You always have such interesting things to show us, Bharat! The blue horns of the buffalo remind me of an American tall tale--Paul Bunyan and his blue ox Babe. I'd love to know the stories behind those elaborate decorations.
Elephants are used for polo? I didn't know that!
I really like the last shot of the goat and the wonderfully shaped windows.
awesome...i loved the pics..this has really been unseen for me!!
How wonderful to see these animals in their wonderful settings!

Beautiful photographs! The colours on the elephant's costume (is that the right word?) is amazing!
Lovely photos, Bharat! I particularly like the notion that polo is played there atop elephants.
Que de très très belles photos
Love the animal pictures.
Camel is cool. Wonderful shots!
wonderful pics, it's almost like I am therejust so you know (you left this link in the comment) your www.unseenrajasthan.com/ link isn't working yet, I guess it's still in the process of being change, I know when I created my domain for one of my blogs, it took awhile before the address starts to redirect to the blog
Each of these are fantastic. Of course the camel but the rider and the coloring on the last one..really different?? The buffalo shot is neat..his horns are perfect too! Very proud looking fellow.Aloha to you-
i prefer also a horse ride than camel or maybe just because i never tried it before.
What a regal and beautiful horse! And I too love that last shot of the goat; the building it lays against is quite interesting.
Great working livestock pics! They give a real sense of the culture.
The camel has a beautiful head and his decorations look great on him. The horse also is a superb animal that would look good in an art painting.
The Photo of the goat is stunning!!! Great shots...
That goat photo is really striking. Beautiful horse - it has the face of an Arabian, the body of a thoroughbred, and pinto markings. I've never seen anything like it.
